1. Shipping Coverage
Xelvortiqua (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) currently provides delivery services within the United States only.
International orders or cross-border shipping are not supported at this time. Any future expansion will be announced separately.
2. Shipping Fee Rules
Shipping fees are automatically calculated at checkout based on the order amount:
Orders below $88.88: shipping fee of $8.88
Orders of $88.88 or more: free shipping
The final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout. By placing an order, you agree to the applicable fees.
3. Order Processing Time
Order processing follows a daily cutoff time based on Eastern Standard Time (EST): 6:00 PM
Orders paid before 6:00 PM: processed on the same day
Orders paid after 6:00 PM: processed on the next business day
Orders placed on weekends or holidays: processed on the next business day
4. Processing Time
After order confirmation, the order enters internal processing, including verification, picking, and packaging.
Standard processing time: 1–3 business days
Slight delays may occur during peak periods or special circumstances
Once processing is complete, the order will be handed over to the shipping carrier.
5. Delivery Time
After shipment, the order enters the transportation phase. Estimated delivery time:
Standard delivery: 5–10 business days
Actual delivery time may vary due to:
Distance to the delivery address
Carrier capacity and logistics conditions
Weather or force majeure events
6. Shipping Carriers
To ensure efficiency and reliability, we may use the following carriers or equivalent service providers:

UPS
DHL
Other U.S. domestic or international logistics partners
The actual carrier will be determined based on the shipment.
7. Order Tracking
Once the order is shipped, the system will send an email including:
Order confirmation details
Tracking number
Tracking link or instructions
Users can also track their orders through the “Order Tracking” page by entering the order number and registered email or phone number.
8. Risk and Responsibility
During transportation, the following situations may occur and will be handled accordingly:
If the product is damaged or lost during transit, an investigation will be conducted and a reasonable solution will be provided
Once the order enters the shipping process, cancellation or modification requests may not be accepted
Delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the user are the user’s responsibility
9. Delivery Inspection
Customers are advised to check the package upon delivery, including:
Whether the outer packaging is intact
Whether there is any visible damage or irregularity
Whether all items are included
If any issues are found, please contact customer service as soon as possible after delivery. Delayed reporting may affect after-sales processing.
